Was driving behind a black truck, saw several plastic cups and trash from what looked like a fast food restaurant thrown on the side of the road. Occupants were three males, high school age. Followed them until they turned into the Windsor High School parking lot around 11:45am (school lunch break) Monday morning, 8/31/2015. |
