During peak rush hour traffic, coming up Kent East Hill (East on S 212th St), lady weaving in and out of traffic, almost causing multiple accidents...and got nowhere due to stop and go traffic. Then throws her cigarette out of the window as well. Right up on others bumpers and being a crazy B**ch. |
