On the Morrow Highway between Morrow Bay and Atascadero. Driver threw garbage out her window. 2-3 fast food wrappers, or white paper litter. When my husband I got close enough to see her license plate, she started break checking us and gave us the finger. As they turned off the highway once we got to Atascadero the passenger( presumably the drivers mother) yelled at us as we continued straight. |
