DETAIL DESCRIPTION
A white truck which appeared to belong to a construction company had many pieces of trash flying out of the back and onto the freeway causing cars to have to dodge it...plastic and paper bags, etc. When I approached them, they were laughing hard as if the whole thing was amusing to them. |
