DETAIL DESCRIPTION
I was driving behind this vehicle in Sharpsburg, PA. I saw the driver throw what looked like a potato chip bag out the drivers side window. Not long after that, I saw the passenger in the front throw something out the passenger side window, possibly a cigarette packet. It happened while passing the Beer distributor and then while passing CCs restaurant. |
