License plate: EMN 7279

Lady in her 40s or early 50s, wearing a hijab. Was parked in the parking lot between Sears and Macys. I told her she was littering and she told me to mind my own business. I informed her it was a $500 fine and she drove off asking if I was going to pay for it. I have a witness as well. I picked up her trash and have it in a plastic bag. Her car was a sedan, 4 door, black. I got the license plate but not the make and model.
