DETAIL DESCRIPTION
I love my neighborhood. I walk every day throughout the streets off of East Mountain View Road in North Johnson City, Tn. But on EVERY walk, I see 8-10 of those yellow plastic bundle wrappers that our good old Johnson City Press uses to count stacks of papers every day for delivery... I know because I had a paper route through them. These are both unsightly and dangerous to wildlife and our pets. Im asking for someone to contact the JC Press and have this employee pick them all up, stop future littering, and pay the maximum littering fine of $1500.00, since it has obviously been an ongoing, constant crime. Please put an end to this, since it is being done without regard to our citizens and our property by our local paper delivery person. Thank you |
