DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Ive seen this person do this for the second time. She parks in the upper EDC parking lot in the staff spot, smokes a cigarette or two in her car then throws the lit butts out onto the parking lot pavement. I dont know what to do about it, but it is infuriating. I will try reporting it to the campus police but I doubt they will do anything about it. |
