Every week one of our local papers (The Baxter Bulletin, owned by the Gannett Company, throws its adverting inserts onto driveways, cross-roads, and even at vacant houses; most of which pile up and are never recovered. A neighbor requested this practice be stopped and not only has it not stopped, but the amount of papers seem to be more widely “distributed.”
