DETAIL DESCRIPTION
We were headed north on RT 94, there is a 4 way light where Rt 394 and RT 94 meet. My daughter and I were waiting in line for the light to change, when the passenger in the car in front of us, threw garbage out of the car window into the grass on the side of the road. There were 3 males in the car, it was hard to get a good look at them because they took off when the light turned green. we tried to keep up with them but they were swerving and passing in double yellow area. |
