DETAIL DESCRIPTION
While sitting at a stop sign, the passenger door opened and a large plastic/paper cup (still half full) and napkins were dropped to the ground before turning to exit the Berkshire Mall, near Sears Auto. Clearly, it was the driver of the vehicle whom reached over to get rid of her trash, as it took her a few seconds to actually begin moving again. |
