DETAIL DESCRIPTION
On the exit ramp for Miramar Way on the 15N, female passenger in Chevy Cruze threw a cigarette butt, which appeared to be lit still, out of the window and it landed on the road. With the current dry conditions in California that was not only littering but a potential fire hazard! The vehicle then drove onto MCAS Miramar. |
