DETAIL DESCRIPTION
The north building and its businesses throw their trash all over the neighborhood. They are lacking a basic sanitation program (like trash cans, duh!) and have no maintenance program. The building is owned by 6 different owners, none of whom are from this area or care. Its rented out to a bunch of sloppy businesses who throw their trash all over, then go home to the suburbs. Leaving the locals to clean up their mess. This is ongoing. |
