DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Was directly next to a white truck with a black industrial type flatbed that did have sides on it. It looked possibly like a dump trailer. We were at the light on the corner of La Jolla Village Drive and I believe Judicial Drive. We were heading east. Man on the passenger side just throw some trash out of the window with me staring right at him. Didnt seem to care and actually looked at me funny when he noticed the irritated look on my face. There was a phone number on the side of the truck that I believe said 1-877-TO-REHAB, but when I called it, it didnt seem like it was the correct place. The license plate number was: 16318K1 I did take a picture. There were 3 males in the front seat. |
