My next door neighbors litter in my front yard on a regular basis. Trash is always on my lawn. A while male exited the house this morning and walked to his truck, which was parked in front of my home. He discarded fast food papers in front of my house. I made him pick it up. He drove off at a high rate of speed after picking it up. |
