DETAIL DESCRIPTION
It is on the south side of 1222 Hazel St., St Paul/MN by the alley behind the 2 phone boxes. I made sure my yard is always cleaned and maintained. This illegal dump was so unfair. That alley is owned by the City of St Paul. This is the second time I noticed dumping on this area. The first was a mattress last winter, I believe the City of SP took care of it. This time - multiple bags; some are intact but some were torn and some garbage were not in the bags at all. I suspect it was the same dumper. I did not see when they dumped it but it is a sore eye to our neighborhood. I wish that when the City of St Paul clean it up – they would do a crime scene investigation as to who dumped it. I bet there are some evidence in those bags that tells who the owner of those garbage. |
