I was meeting a friend at the intersection of highways 101 and 166. A family in a black SUV stopped as well, the adults in the SUV were switching drivers. The woman dumped litter at the edge of the pull out, and then sent a child back with more. I said that the ground was not a garbage can, the child did apologize, but neither he or the adult woman picked up the trash |
