DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Back window rolled down to allow the passenger to throw a carton of seasoned fries onto the highway, followed by the same passenger throwing out a plastic bag and other fast food containers and utensils. It was messy and distracting. I honked, and the driver pulled from the right lane into the left lane, proceeding to drive erratically. Several more times the rear window rolled down and the car slowed, as if they wanted me to pull alongside. |
