DETAIL DESCRIPTION
All three people in the car, adult driving and two children, eating ice cream. The children had containers and the male driver, a cone. Both children threw their containers and spoons over the side of the car onto the street. I pulled up next to the car and said, Trashing our environment is not appreciated. The driver said he didnt do it and then sarcastically said, Why dont you set up a meeting so you can preach to me? I told him there was no need because I had his license plate number. He then spead away. |
