Woman in black Mazda RX 8, license plate AEZ1613, was ahead of me in a prolonged stop-and-go traffic jam for 15 minutes or so. She smoked a cigarette, holding it outside her window when not puffing on it. When she was done, she threw it on the pavement. I watched her smoke the whole thing. |
