African American female opened her car door while waiting at the light at the intersection of West Lee Drive and Burbank, headed South on Lee Drive, and dumped a water bottle, and full fast food paper bag and numerous other items into the middle of the road, some of which stayed in place in the middle of the road and some of which rolled into in coming traffic and was hit by several cars and trash was scattered into the road. |
