DETAIL DESCRIPTION
This woman lives on Judge Ave, has two dogs that she walks a couple times a day. She picks up her dogs feces with a plastic bag and then throws the bags into the wooded lots. There are so many bags, its awful! It would be better if she left the feces, at least its biodegradable! The plastic bags will be around for a very long time! |
