DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Threw what looked like a fast-food bag of trash out the window towards the center of the highway, while traveling in a 60mph zone at faster than the posted speed limit. Bag of trash hit the ground before hitting my vehicle. After we hit stop-and-go traffic shortly thereafter, heavy-set male driver noticed me writing his plate number down and took a picture of me with his smart phone, which I interpreted as an act of guilt and an attempt to intimidate. I suppose the picture, if found (or distributed with embedded geotags and device ID), could also be used as evidence of the perpetrator, especially if phone and car belong to the same person. |
