DETAIL DESCRIPTION
We were waiting for an SUV to leave the spot. I realized the adult was changing the diaper of a child in the second seat, standing outside the car. There were a few teenagers standing around that seemed to be with the adult. When he was finished, he dropped the dirty diaper and the dirty wipes on the ground, and kicked them underneath the car. It was a large dark colored (blue I think) SUV, License #AKT2645. I do not understand why people think their garbage should be everyone elses problem. Imagine the cesspool wed have if everyone acted the same way. Very sad. |
