Sitting in traffic on Damon Road behind car mentioned above, and the passenger flung a large plastic bottle with a little liquid in it into the woods from inside the caron the river side of Damon Road. I was the blatant way it was tossed, without care and complete disregard for their action that moves me to report this. |
