DETAIL DESCRIPTION
I was driving, we were at a stop light and I saw a guy throw trash out the window. I took a photo but can not figure out what state. See link for photo.
5 minutes later he throws out a large McDonald bag out the window but I couldnt get my cell phone out fast enough to photograph it.
I think it was last Friday, 6/3/11, I couldnt find this site until today.
