DETAIL DESCRIPTION
This man has recently started to stop here frequently not to purchase anything, but to enjoy lighting and smoking his cigarette and dumping it on the grounds which has vegetation nearby, where one of us cleans his mess. This is the 2nd time (possibly more) this has happened that one of us witnessed this. We just saw the license plate today. This time, he has done this during excessive heat warning temperature and threw it close enough to the bushes. This area where this man littered is a high fire danger area where we are affected severely by forest fires. If he is doing this here, he is most probably littering in other areas based on his behavior of not caring for nature or the environment. |
