DETAIL DESCRIPTION
On or around 1230 on June 26, 2016, the driver of a red Nissan Frontier pickup with Hawaii plates NDX 276, threw an aluminum can outside the window on Interstate H-2 South near Waipio Acres. This created a serious road hazard, which came into contact with my vehicle (located directly behind the red pickup). This also violates HRS §291C-132, Littering from vehicles with fines ranging from $25-$500. |
