DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Justin Draughn lives at 305 Roe Street Apt 1, Plymouth, MI. He is an excessive smoker and deposits at least 20 cigarettes a week almost exclusively on the street. He makes no attempt to dispose properly of this trash. I pick up the butts and put them on the side of Roe street in front of the house. His car is not involved. He deposits 3-4 butts a night. I have taken photographs and would attach them to this note if I could. I will not confront him, but I suspect he knows that I am picking up his trash.I now refuse to throw his butts away because that will not solve the problem. Of the thousands of Plymouth residents, you will not see one residential street in Plymouth showing this blight.w |
