DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Woman driving the Buick first dumped ice out of a white styrofoam cup containing some trace amounts of liquid as cars were waiting for a traffic light at the on ramp of Norwood Ave onto I-80 West. Then, a backseat passenger (presumably related to driver, perhaps the daughter) also dumped out another white styrofoam cup out the window approximately 10 seconds following the driver. |
