DETAIL DESCRIPTION
A gold car, looked like a Malibu was pulled off freeway on right shoulder. They opened their car door, the back passenger side, and placed a white bag, and I think it had some green on it, on the shoulder. They left it on the shoulder and pulled away, merging in with traffic. This was on east bound 1-94 by 13 mile road by Home Depot. They did not throw it, they literally openness there door and set it down then took off. Which I find strange. |
