Saturday, 3:00 PM, southbound I-5, Nissan Sentra, CA plate # 7CJZ961. The freeway was stop and go. While stopped, the passenger door of the car in-front and to the left of us opened. A twenty-something girl put a large box on the pavement that appeared to be the remains of a chicken dinner for 4 or 5 people. (There were 4 or 5 young girls in the car.) We honked at them, they began to make obscene jesters, and left their garbage on the road. |
