Dads Plumbing Van, Lic. Plate I25495, while stopped at the light at Ridgeview and Britton Rd. in the West bound lane at appx. 3pm on Friday August 5th, 2016 the driver unwrapped a new package of coffin nails, rolled down his window part way and threw out the unwanted wrapper on to the street. It appeared to be a thin, just past middle age, Caucasian, male driving. |
