DETAIL DESCRIPTION
The woman who goes by the name of Luz Nieves, and her children who resides at 129 49th Street, SE consistently litters our street, street curbs, and sidewalks several times a day on a daily basis. They litter in front of my home (I reside two houses down from them) and our neighbors home daily dumping anywhere from McDonalds wrappings to wrapped condoms on the streets. Ms. Nieves dumps trash wherever she parks her white Dodge, Caravan. Its unfair that my neighbors and I who are retired elderly people have to pick-up after these people. Id be most appreciative if the city will do something about these people, and their littering. |
