A white Honda 2 door license plate D90 FKY with 2 black individuals (female driver, male passenger) early to mid 20s decided to clean out their car in the parking lot of Taco Bell rubbish, soda bottle and various trash. When he saw me coming, he gave me the deer in the headlights look, I personally asked if they were going to take care of that mess... they shut the door. After getting my lunch at Wawa, i came out to see them gone and the pile of rubbish still there. |
