DETAIL DESCRIPTION
I live on Grand ave. just east of Harlem, everyday I sit on my balcony witnessing people throwing garbage out of their cars (while parked), 99 percent of the time its the trash that frequents the 2 bars and the liquor store on my block. I actually just witnessed a guy parked across the street, throwing all of the garbage in his mini van, into the middle of the street, It was a lot of garbage. I wish these bars and the liquor store would go away, they bring nothing but low lifes to our block. |
