DETAIL DESCRIPTION
I was driving behind a light blue Kia Spectra (plate number 1953823, though I think it was a dealer plate) from Hooksett to Concord on route 3A when the driver whipped a soda can out his window into the oncoming traffic lane which bounced and almost hit my vehicle. That was irritating enough, but he threw something else that I couldnt identify out his window on Broadway in Concord. |
