DETAIL DESCRIPTION
The homeless people living under the 79th Street Causeway throw their garbage directly into Biscayne Bay. It is the same offenders because their trash is almost always the same: Black and Mild cigar wrappers, Gatorade bottles, Fanta bottles and cans, styrofoam food containers, and whatever else they usually take under the bridge with them. They have also been cutting the heads of iguanas and other animals and throwing the headless carcasses in the water. Ive been thinking of leaving them a garbage can to throw their trash and dead animals into but not sure it would make a difference. These people need to find a shelter and get out from under the bridge. |
