DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Old white male with balding grey hair was seen throwing trash out of the drivers side window. The license plate was located in the center of the rear fender. There was a distinct metal line that went around the car, attaching the fenders. He was driving a dark green sedan, which I believe or at least looks like a 1990-95 Lincoln Town car. Do not rely heavily on the make, model and year; I did not see any mark indicating that it was a 1990-95 Lincoln Town car, that was just a best guess from looking at car photos. |
