DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Apartment 124 litters daily. The young woman throws black and mild cigars on the ground, parking lot. In her parking spot, labeled to her apartment, she throws food or bags of garbage from the inside of her car right to the ground of her parking spot. She smokes a lot, so you can imagine all the buds that are on the ground.
This is a poor community, some are working class. But poor doesnt mean you have to litter and be dirty. |
