DETAIL DESCRIPTION
While I stood at the intersetion Greene St and Coulter in Germantown Philadelphia a toddler threw out a chips bag from the bag seat. I went to pick it up and handed it to the female passenger (mom?)saying your daughter dropped this. She looked at me and threw it out the window again. i picked it back up, handed it to her, she threw it out again. I picked it up and handed it to her daughter (?) put this in a trashcan, sweety. The female got out of the car, took the bag from the toddler and threw it bag onto the street. I took a picture of their license plate. |
