DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Caucasian male, dragged a large tarp filled with yard debris and other debris from the property known as 6806 Ridgewood Rd, Towson, MD 21286. Said male dragged the debris filled tarp to the bottom of Ridgewood Rd; at or near the junction of 6808 Ridgewood Rd and the stream which flows through the 6808 Ridgewood Rd property, parallel to Goucher Blvd. Male suspect dumped the debris-filled tarp onto the 6808 Ridgewood Rd property and into the waterway. Suspect then carried the empty tarp up Ridgewood Rd. This activity was caught on video by the resident of 6808 Ridgewood Rd. The alleged trespasser, dumper, litterer returned to the property known as 6806 Ridgewood Rd, Towson, MD 21286. Charges to be filed; as the alleged suspect is either a State of Maryland employee or a Baltimore County employee of 20+ years. |
