DETAIL DESCRIPTION
A man stop his car near the Light Rail tracks at Chetwood park, took a cardboard box out of his trunk. Walked over by the tracks and dumped it, got back in his car and drove off. I looked at what he dumped, appeared to be rotten vegetables. |
