DETAIL DESCRIPTION
I was parked behind a car at the stoplight at the intersection of Martin and Merdian (westbound). Right after the light turned green, the driver threw trash out the drivers side (looked like a wrapper or a tissue) and began driving. If there is a traffic camera there, you should be able to confirm. The car was in the middle lane, one or maybe 2 cars back at the stoplight. |
