DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Head of Household appears to be Female African-American in mid-40s, who at any given time, has 4 to 6 African-American children (all under the age of 10) at the dwelling. The sidewalk, side, and entire back yard of the property is strewn with trash on a daily basis. The yard backs to a horseshoe-shaped lane called Barkers Alley, along which at least half a dozen home owners properties adjoin. The trash blows across the entire area, and into the yards and parking areas of the aformentioned homeowners. This trash is not in any way cleaned up by the tenants or her children, but is left to lay & rot, draw flies, and pile up. The homeowners have been collecting the trash (in plain sight to the tenant) from the lane (Barkers Alley) and disposing it in their own trash receptacles, but the sight of others cleaning up their trash has been no deterrent to the actions of these slovenly people. What can be done???!!! |
