DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Sitting at the red light, I saw the driver lower his window, then move his left hand out the window and release a bunched up white plastic bag. His movements were clear and specific, purposeful. By no means was it an accident. Another driver saw this and honked the horn at him.
I thought about getting out of my van, picking it up, and giving it back to him, but the light was about to turn green (and I didnt feel like a possible fight in the middle of the street was a good idea). Instead, I took a picture, including his license plate, and a little of the drivers face in the side view mirror. |
