DETAIL DESCRIPTION
at 2:30pm on Dec 31, 2016, a white Audi pulled into the parking lot outside of our condo. A black male got out, opened the back door, and dumped a bunch of trash out on the street. 5 minutes later, the black male, and the occupant of unit 1 got into the car and left. Trash still outside. |
