DETAIL DESCRIPTION
My husband and I live in Cascade Creek, one of the neighborhoods off Cogbill Road, and often see litter on the sides of the Road (Chik-fil-a bags, cigarette packs, and beer cans, etc.). We will pick up the trash, but with in a day or two it seems like the litter is back on the sides of the road again. We are not sure who is responsible, it seems to occur at night.
