DETAIL DESCRIPTION
A Cash Express location in London, KY (1801 North Main St.; proprietors are Miranda and Carolyn) keeps havinf someone throw its advertising materials out at residences all along this highway, and probably others in the area. Each package consists of a plastic bag containing pens, Post-It pads, and a note which identifies the packages source. (Pics available.)
Did not see a car or person, and the listed Date of Activity is approximate. Because these materials are thrown on the ground, they may go unnoticed at first (and may not get picked up, allowing them to find their way into our waterways).
This area is adjacent to DBNF and is a Sheltowee Trace town. It attracts cyclists, hikers, and campers. Wed like to keep it clean and pretty, but thats hard to do when nearby businesses inexplicably choose to advertise by littering. |
