DETAIL DESCRIPTION
Bags and handfuls of trash (most of what looked like fast food bags, straws, etc) thrown from the windows of a truck at night on I-185.
When I followed behind the truck to get plate number, they sped up to well over 80mph before hitting the brakes as they approached the tolls. I have to assume out of guilt! |
